WHO ARE WE?

We're WOOLOO.ORG, an online community in which our members (registered users) can find great art-related opportunities, social and professional connections among like-minded and creative people.

WOOLOO.ORG is a registered company in Denmark (IVS) co-owned by Sixten Kai Nielsen and Martin Rosengaard. Our office is located at Nørrebrogade 5C, Kld. TH, 2200 København N, Denmark, and you're welcome to drop by and say hi.



HOW DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM YOU?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, when you contact us about products and services, or if you register to receive our newsletter and other notifications.

When you join WOOLOO.ORG, you are initially asked for your full name, email (and password). We prefer that this information is true to your identity and not fake seeing our business and community relies on a fair amount of trust.

Part of our registration completion process includes data points that help us verify that you're a real person and for us to personally vet you.

Once you've completed your profile, you will be able to create and respond to art-related opportunities.

   - Offer to feature your opportunity in our newsletter and/or other medias;

   - Send you notifications about art-related opportunities;

We store the data as long as you are a member of WOOLOO.ORG. If we stumble upon some work of yours that we find interesting and relevant to use, we will come to you first to ask for your consent to use it and compensate you for it if necessary. We are constantly trying to support your work and promote your practice in any way possible.



PROTECTION OF INFORMATION

Your personal information is encrypted and kept safe behind secured networks and is only accessed by a limited number of trusted persons who have administrative rights to our systems. They are required to keep the information confidential.

WOOLOO.ORG handles all data according to international standards, and we are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) of the European Union and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

You can also opt-out of (unsubscribe from) emails, by following the instructions at the bottom of each email. Your data will then be erased, and your subscription will be updated.
