LiTE-HAUS seeks artists based in the EU to exhibit artworks in a group show in December - our last show of the year. Small works that are easy to pack into a collector’s luggage are preferred but not necessary. (Just thinking about gift giving.)
APPLICATION DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 12, 2026 11PM (12.11.26 23:00 Uhr)
EXHIBITION: DECEMBER 3-19, 2026 (03.12 - 19.12.26)
VERNISSAGE: THURSDAY DECEMBER 3 6PM-9PM (DONNERSTAG 03.12.26 18 - 21 Uhr)
You are not required to attend the Vernissage or the exhibition.
ARTISTS will be notified by NOVEMBER 14 (14.11). We will ONLY notify accepted artists.
REGISTRATION: NOVEMBER 19 (19.11) Artists provide more artwork details - title, price, materials.
ART DELIVERY & PICK UP: We do not have space to store packing materials, so be prepared to take them with you when you deliver your art. If you are not located in Berlin, you may ship your art but there is a fee for the unpacking and repacking of your art for return, and artists must pay the shipping costs both ways.

2. MONDAY NOVEMBER 30 10am - 6pm (MO 30.11 10 - 18 Uhr)
PICK UP DATES: (There is some flexibility and it is OK to send a friend.)
1. SATURDAY DECEMBER 19 3PM - 5PM (19.12 15:00-17:00)
2. MONDAY DECEMBER 21 10AM - 6PM (MO 21.12 10 - 18 Uhr)
SIZE: There is no size limit for this application. But artworks or photos must be easy to hang or display.
LiTE-HAUS is a non-profit organization (Ad Finem gGmbH). However, this is not a grant-funded exhibition, and we were not awarded institutional funding. Artists co-fund the show with LiTE-HAUS by donations based on the number of artworks and size. Donations are not required to apply. We install your art and gallery-sit, so you don’t have to.
DONATION:
Small artworks (width maximum 40cm ) €30 for the first artwork, €15 each additional artwork.
Medium artworks (width over 40cm, less than 70cm) €45 for the first artwork, €25 each additional artwork.
Large artworks (width over 70 cm) €50 per artwork, regardless of the number of artworks selected.
Gallery commission is 20%. The artist's share is 80% of the sale.
Artists cannot choose where the artwork will hang in the gallery rooms.
Prepare a maximum of 10 files as PNG or JPEG. If you do not prepare your files correctly, your submission will not be reviewed. We do not need to know the name of your work or the price for this application. We will get that information later if you are accepted. Name your files: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_WIDTHxHEIGHT_NUMBER. (Example: KOCH_ROBERT_50x40_1). Number the files 1 to 10. Measurements must include the frame. Image files must be no larger than 1MB.
