Sheffield Doc/Fest is pleased to continue the second edition of Doc/Dispatch.
The Doc/Dispatch film programme welcomes submissions from citizen reporters, investigative filmmakers and news units showcasing topical stories in short film.
This is an initiative to showcase producers and filmmakers of topical, urgent and fast turnaround stories from around the world.
To qualify, films must be under 40 mins (shorts) and completed after 3 March 2018. The scheme is only open to films that are current, urgent and reflect very recent changes in world events, politics and society. Up to 10 Doc/Dispatch titles will be screened at the Festival.
