Solo Exhibition Call For Entries.  Rolling Deadline

About the Location: SpaceCamp MicroGallery is a small contemporary arts gallery located in the Murphy Arts Building in Indianapolis, Indiana. SpaceCamp is dedicated to bringing small (size wise) but large (idea wise) national and international art to Indianapolis. The co-gallerists are Flounder Lee, Robert Horvath, and Charles Fox. www.spacecampgallery.com

The Murphy is a collection of galleries, studios, and restaurants. It is also the home of the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art. The Murphy and SpaceCamp are located in the Fountain Square Arts District near Downtown Indianapolis.

About the Space: We are quite small in a literal sense. Our gallery has a unique triangular space with some availability for work to be hung outside the gallery as well. (See diagram in photos) We do receive a good amount of traffic on First Friday openings and have press reviews for many of our shows.

About your Exhibition:
Please include a description of your exhibition being careful to note what your goals are for your own exhibition. We are interested in how work hangs together, speaks together, and so on.

We are also very interested in site specific installations, with the caveat that our budget is the only thing smaller than our space, so logistical support can be given, but most likely not financial.

About The Theme:
Themes are not required, however they are more than welcome.

Eligibility:
Open to all artists worldwide (excluding undergraduates and central Indiana artists). We are open to all forms of art: performance, video, sound, installation, flatwork, 3 dimensional work, interactive work, socially engaging work, and so on.

How to Submit Your Work:

Review and Selection:
Work will be reviewed by the gallerists on a rolling schedule of 2-3 months depending on work load and current exhibitions. Artists will be contacted as soon as decisions are made, whether they be accepted or denied.

Costs:
There is no submission fee. Artists are responsible for shipping both directions if shipping physical work is necessary. Artists will receive 70% of the sale price for anything sold during the show.
