In this society more and more it becomes clear that our outside view is ruled by big companies and the authorities. Its their messages we have to see every day. Their commercials and campaigns. Still they brush away some kids graffiti ,drawing on the wall within a week because it's not legal (or not that beautiful). The thing is, ask permission to do so and you will often get no for an answer..and still you want to paint, change the world, be out there, have adventures, participate and be seen by others. The state and official galeries will not let you ..certainly when your a young kid for instance. Now you might think that you are 'free' when you even have found a legal wall to paint on. (wich there are not many) Most of them have been cleaned recent years all over Europe because Authorities demanded this by their "law".THE WAR on Graffiti they call it; "Graffiti-FINI" is the official name. (haha) They stated they don't want this 'art'form visible (even legal) cause it is not in the Cities interest and also a bad example?! That's what they told people all over the US, that's what they told us here in the Netherlands, the EU. The Authorities and the big Companies don't only want to control everything what we see/think/read etc, they also claim every piece of land so the people have simply NO RIGHTS at all. Because it is all taken away..and under their surveillance. And like many old-fashioned people, Mr Beans and decadent yuppies they will try everything to wipe out eveything that is an 'alternative', that represents another view (even system). It's a 'threat' to their their ways, to their WACKNESS..cause pure Art and art made with pleasure in the heart..(even when it lo0ks like shit, some letters on a wall, yust a word.)..it's always better than their commercial crap..it is the REALNESS we bring..and they know this haha.

We have to face awful billbords with lies on it every day but we as common people can't even paint a grey tunnel or empty boring factory wall. Even cavemen were wiser haha. I hope all artist out there will try get their art, names up without being sold out and cultivated into crap. The outside is a massive collaboration of all people that want to join. I would like to a bit more of that in stead of goverments spending millions on useless cleaning of places that often are way better of with some paint on it. Outside art is free for all to see and people don't need the approval of jury's and goverment officials. Most street art and graffiti and even instalations can be found in boring places. Often wastelands for example or tunnels, empty city walls. This art form belongs to these places. Cleaning it is like wiping away life.That "life "comes in all sorts of forms. It is the Rainbow Prophecy really, the old indian legend; were people all over the world in all kinds of colours would unite and turn this world into something positive. (Hopi-legend) We are this world I say and our time is now, we are the one and we have the right to participate. Wouldn't it be a better, more colourful world if we let all/most graffiti yust stay there and let it become one big galerie. No more trees or nature in the cities?..we make those grey walls like a jungle again for you all. Green, brown, purple, yellow, blue, red....appreciate it please!..it's life itself! Cause I truly have seen enough grey in my life. ( And we still can use grey as well...but yust not only grey, or green or blue....Its a mix we need.)
