PARTICIPATE in one hundred black women, one hundred actions:
1. SUBMIT A CRITICAL ACTION, GESTURE OR MOVEMENT which answers the following question: “What is a gesture of personal power, an extreme action that is necessary in your daily life?”  Your physical action can be recorded as a photograph, drawing, video or written description. You can send this to us via email at: onehundredactions@gmail.com, or via skype or personal conversation.  Be sure to send the name of your action, your location, and website (if any).  



2.  PERFORM with one hundred black women, one hundred actions at the spring premiere in Austin, Texas.  Email for details: onehundredactions@gmail.com (If you would like to be included on our mailing list for future participation at another location, please let us know.)

The first performance of one hundred black women, one hundred actions will premiere on Saturday, April 24 at Fusebox Festival in Austin, Texas with generous support from The Idea Fund, a project of DiverseWorks Artspace, Project Row Houses, and Aurora Picture Show, and funded by The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts.
