The Griffin Art Prize 2013 is a residency and exhibition opportunity in London for recent UK based graduates in painting and drawing.
The winning artist will receive a six month residency in a large studio at the Griffin Gallery. This will be stocked with art materials of choice from the fine art brands supporting the prize; Winsor & Newton, Liquitex and Conté a Paris. An expenses allowance is provided and the residency ends with a one person show at the Griffin Gallery.

From a large number of high quality applications the Griffin Art Prize judges; curator Zavier Ellis; artist Andrew Grassie; art critic Jessica Lack and arts foundation chair Jenny Linden Urnes have selected 20 artists for the long list of the Griffin Art Prize 2013.
