Hoot is a flourishing arts and health organisation offering a range of creative activities as a way of improving mental health and physical wellbeing. Our mission is to foster creative expression, to build confidence and esteem, and encourage personal growth. Our focus is on presenting creative arts as an invaluable activity for everyone and in nurturing the innate capacity of the individual to sing, dance, play and explore new possibilities.
