M4m (M for mobility) is M4m is an artistic mobility programme supported by European Commission and initiated by 7 cosignatories and 12 associated partners in order to facilitate encounters, exchange and common work between emerging artists and professionals from the creative and cultural world taking part in the different steps of an art production.
This program innovates by opening widely the access to mobility to artists, professionals from the creation world, as well to interpreters, technicians, engineers or artistic directors.
Residencies in SERDE - transdisciplinarity: artists, scientists and professionals
SERDE every year change the main focus of their interest and working themes. In 2012 the main priorities lie in ethnobotany, gardening and society.
In addition we are focusing on the following roles or combination of roles in practice:
Artists – multi- / trans- disciplinary in their approach to practice.
Scientists – Culture and heritage traditions, researchers, anthropologists, ethnographers or sociologists who are interested to collaborate with artists and work in the rural context.
Producers – Who are willing to cooperate with residents within the programme, and produce co-creations and collaborations.
