The Jan van Eyck Academie and the http://www.vromanfoundation.com/" target="_blank">Vroman Foundation for the second time are jointly offering a Fellowship in the form of a 6-month residency at the Jan van Eyck Academie. The Vroman Fellowship is open to an artist, designer or writer who works on the intersection of art and science.

The Vroman Fellowship is open to an (inter)national artist/scientist with a curious, inquisitive outlook. The selected Fellow will be someone who will flourish in the interdisciplinary thinking, living and working environment of the academy, resulting in the development of new work. During the residency period, the Vroman Fellow is expected to create new work with palpable innovative, cross-disciplinary qualities. A public presentation of the work is part of the residency period.
