ACT 2019 International Festival for Emerging Performing Artists is now open for submissions until the 15th of December, 2018.
ACT Festival is a call for emerging artists from the contemporary Performing arts scene. It is not just a Festival but also a Performing Arts Fair, attended by programmers from all Europe.
This XVI edition will take place in Bilbao and Barakaldo (Spain) from 29th of May to 1st of June of 2019.
