My work ranges from film to photography and drawing. My methods derive from performance. I depict aspects of humanity as staged settings where subjectivity or social convention are put on trial.
I create controlled environments sometimes for amateur actors and sometimes myself and somehow the results are often hilarious.
I seek deliberately to incorporate humour into my work to deal with issues like feminism, film, media world, sociology and art. |
