Queralt Lencinas lives and works in Madrid, Spain. She has been graduated in Fine Arts at the University Complutense (Madrid). She has been educated also at the National Art School Villa Arson (Nice, France) and at the Visual Art Program of the University of Ottawa (Ontario, Canada) as international student.

In the last years, her work is mainly focused in the image in movement, passing through traditional animation techniques to digital video. Her photographic and video projects are based in the construction of the image, the special effects and the digital postproduction process. The main subject of the lasts works has been landscape as scenario with esthetic and cultural content subject to several geographical and social conditions.

As young artist Queralt Lencinas has participated in different solo and group shows in Spain or abroad.

Also she develops other activities as coordinator of Genérico*, muestra colectiva de video or of the platform Apadrina un artista, and colaborator of the associations Paisaje Transversal (Transdisciplinar Platform for the Urban Negotiation and the Territorial Action) and Espacio Menosuno.
