The Other Self is an interactive installation that creates the illusion of revealing the user s other self by breathing onto the surface of an empty pedestal.

The breathing activity of the user controls a dynamic particle animation forming an image of the user s silhouette from behind, the side which one usually doesn t see, captured by a hidden camera.
