SPECIAL ISSUE #1: L.G.B.T.I.Q.A.

MAKE8ELIEVE's crew is invited by the Swiss Film festival "http://www.everybodysperfect.ch/" target="_blank">EVERYBODY'S PERFECT" to curate a selection of contemporary video art for its third (biennial) festival which will take place in Geneva, Switzerland in September 2014.  The selected videos will be a part of the program in a section dedicated to the contemporary art and will be screened.

Your work may include or relate to L.G.B.T.I.Q.A. (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, Intersexual, Queer and Ally)themes: identity, homophobia, sexuality, family + parenthood, politics + rights, militancy, cliché, prevention, treatment, bullying, unicorns, etc. …

FOR ALL Submissions you must also include your information:
1. include your name as you would like to be credited
2. your website, a portfolio URL..if you do not have a website it can be your GooglePlus, FaceBook page, blog/Tumblr/Flickr account, but there should be some way for people to contact you and see more of your work.
3. your country(ies)/state(s) 
4. please send a 500 word or less artist statement.
5. please send a 300 word or less bio.
6. a link to see the videos, a link to a Dropbox and email it to submissions@make8elieve.com

We are grateful for everyone's interest of our publication which will be released in September 2014.  The selection of videos will be a part of “EVERYBODY’S PERFECT” program in September 2014.  At the end of this festival, this selection will be shown on our MAKE8ELIEVE art and publication website.  Please understand that not everything submitted will be published.  We will contact you with future submission opportunities.
