Recess is now accepting applications from artists who want to take over our public spaces in Manhattan and Brooklyn, New York.

Session invites artists to use one of two flexible spaces located in SoHo and Red Hook, New York, to realize long-term projects that take advantage of a built-in public audience. Though similar to a residency program, Session goes beyond the traditional structure to provide resources and facilitate interactions between artists and audience throughout the creative process.
