Submissions are open for short documentaries, non-fiction, feature films, animation, television programs and video art (under 20 minutes) dealing with space, any year of production. High school students, students of Russian and Foreign universities, as well as creative youth (students of additional professional education: schools of film and video, and schools of contemporary art) can take part in the competition.

To participate in the competition one should sent an electronic application form, a link to the competitive work,
