This is the 28th annual competition for gallery exhibition and "Artists of the Decade Publication Award." This exhibition is devoted to the discovery, introduction and promotion of "Emerging Artists." The exhibition will be held March 5 - 28, 2020 at the Limner Gallery and is open to all artists working in any media. Deadline for submissions is October 31, 2019. Entry information online at:
