Liggett Studio is hosting the 2019 Tulsa International Animation Festival on October 19th, 2019. We are asking for entries 5 minutes and under. Animations may be stop-motion, Claymation, 2-D animation, 3-D animation or cut-outs, to name a few. Films must be 5 minutes and under. Judge Mery McNett will determine the festival selections.
