Threaded will be an online multi-disciplinary fine art collection of fiber inclusive artworks, of all forms and genre’s. Threaded is an in-depth look at contemporary craft, textile art and fiber art as unique fine art or installation art. Each entry must include fiber somewhere within the piece. Accepting all fine art / contemporary craft art submissions that clearly employ and represent the theme of fiber and/or textile art. Eligible media include, but are not limited to: embroidery, weaving, crochet, macrame, tapestry, quilting, heliographic (sun printing), unique fabric dye/printing, fabric collage, installation, felt designs / sculpture, fiber / textile wall hangings or sculpture, and any mixed media 2D and 3D design where fiber / textile is incorporated. What we will not accept are fashion design submissions, crochet or knitted clothing or accessories, crochet or knitted blankets, bed quilts, baby accessories, etc. We are specifically looking for unique, fine art submissions. Submissions are open to local, regional, national and international artists. There is a $10 (USD) non-refundable/non-transferable fee, for up to six (6) images. Payments must be submitted online at the time of application. Deadline to submit work is April 26, 2019. Envisions Arts will announce one Best In Show for the exhibition. Winner will be emailed a certificate of Best In Show, and will have a featured article with up to six images, complete with Q&A, in our own online arts publication, https://www.envisionartshow.com/envision-magazine/" target="_blank">Envisions Arts Magazine.
