The application period for the inaugural round of artist residencies at Guerneville, CA's Pond Farm is now open through 11/1/18. Pond Farm was a former ceramicists' school and colony--the domain of renowned Bauhaus potter Marguerite Wildenhain--but the current residency is open to artists of all disciplines, including writers. Stewards of the Coast and Redwoods and California State Parks are renewing Pond Farm's legacy as center for creativity by bringing artists-in-residence to live and work at the historic site. This is a solo residency of 1-3 months; choose dates between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019. Pond Farm is a rustic, beautiful, space within parklands, remote-feeling yet about 10 minutes outside of Guernveville, CA. Details, history of place, and Submittable application link are available at http://www.pondfarmpottery.org" target="_blank">www.pondfarmpottery.org
