The second annual 'Just Experimenting' experimental film screening 'Playing the Edge of Film' concerns the topic of sexuality and testing the limits: edge play, power exchange, pushy bottoms...what does it mean to "play the edge" in film and video? Curated by Marilyn Roxie, Danica Uskert, and Jet Caputo. This year we will be judging best in show, with cash prizes going to the top three films. First place takes home $500, second place will be awarded $300, and third place will receive $200. The Center for Sex and Culture will receive a matching donation of $1000.

The deadline for submissions is Thursday, May 24th, 2018. The film screening will be held Friday, June 8th, 2018 at the Center for Sex and Culture at 1349 Mission St., San Francisco. Please note that you may only submit one work and the work should be up to 6 minutes maximum. Contact videohookups [at] gmail [dot] com with any questions.
