ALL artists and writers applying at the 2/15/2018 fellowship deadline are automatically considered for one of 25 VSC Fellowships.

Every VSC residency includes:

We also have a number of special awards (many with stipends), including residency fellowships for artists working in clay, fiber, glass, metal, and wood; socially-engaged teaching artists; Native American visual artists; 2D woman artists; and artists and writers with demonstrable financial need and more! In addition to these special awards, many generous merit-based grants are available.
