I am a Girl Scout working on my Girl Scout Gold Award project on the topic of non-native pet release and invasive species in Minnesota. I am looking for people to contribute a black and white line drawings for use in a childrens coloring book that will be given away free and as a dowload to promote awareness on the topic.

I am looking for 20 drawning (2 of 10 different creatures) I would like a drawing of 1) creature alone and 2) creature in its environment (captive or wild). I am looking for drawings for 10 creatures: Red eared slider, Red swamp crayfish, Goldfish, Bull frog, Banded mystery snail, Earth worms, Gypsy moth, Sea lampry, European starling, and Zebra mussels. You can submit as many different creature drawings as you wish.

The drawings must fit the space of 7" by 9" and be black and white, high resolution. Attached images are examples of what I am looking for. Please just send the drawings, no boarder or writing. And, again, one of just the creature and the second in a natural setting. This will allow me to use in different or combined ways.

The winning drawings will become the property on this project and our intended use. Artists will be listed in the credits.

Send your submissions and questions to Charlotte at GSgoldpetrelease@gmail.com. Include your name, city, and state.

I hope you will support my project!
