Located in coopérative Méduse in Quebec City, La Bande Vidéo is a media arts center devoted to creation and research. It takes part in the development of a contemporary video culture, offers artists production and dissemination tools, and encourages them to build a reflection on their work. The center produces and exhibits mostly, video installations, experimental single-channel, and animated videos. Its exhibition space is the only gallery exclusively devoted to media arts in Quebec City.
