The Artist Fair during the Basel-Art Week
RHY ART puts artists back at the centre of the art market, creating a platform for discovering young artists as well as presenting the achievements of established artists.
Rhy Art Salon Basel is a young, fresh event for artists as well as a public exhibition during the Basel Art Week in June. Current and international positions in contemporary art are presented in a stylish setting.
Works of all contemporary art styles will be presented on a compact area with innovative subjects and in perfect technical quality: photography, digital art, graphics, painting, sculpture and installations.
The artists are present during the event and personally introduce their works, which have been created with passion and precision. The purpose of the event is communication, trade and contact with the public, the purchase of artworks is possible.

The hall of the Rhypark Basel is a hall with a large window front with an unobstructed view of the Rhine.
From the Art Basel exhibition ground there is a direct tram line to Rhypark (tram 14 or 21, 5 stops to 'Novartis Campus').
There is also a direct tram line from Basel-SBB main station (tram 1 to 'Novartis Campus' or tram 11 to 'Muelhauserstrasse').
RHY ART FAIR is a young international contemporary art fair, developing the artist-to-public relationship during the great art week in Basel. RHY ART presents from 15 to 18 June 2017 works of newcomers and established artists: paintings, sculptures, art photography, digital art, and much more in the Rhypark Hall Basel. In June 2017, Rhypark Basel will be again a meeting place for art lovers. For passionate art collectors and art enthusiasts RHY ART is the perfect complement to the simultaneously held great art fairs and events in Basel. RHY ART is an attractive art market place. Set in a beautiful location, RHY ART FAIR brings modern art closer to art lovers and collectors. The fair is centrally located, only 7 minutes from the Art Basel fair-ground (direct tramway) and just 15 minutes from the international central station Basel SBB. The international EuroAirport can be reached within 20 minutes.
Since his creation in 2015, RHY ART has become a reliable springboard for artists. Artists from 25 countries have already exhibit their artworks at the Rhypark Basel. In June 2016, the increasing volume of sales and important contacts have created a business-friendly atmosphere between the exhibitors. These exhibitors took also advantage of repeat business, with visitors coming back and asking for more. Over 5.000 visitors (mostly international collectors, gallerists and curators) enjoyed the young and positive atmosphere around great artworks, in a central and exclusive event area on the banks of the river Rhine.
