$500 Award to a jury selected artist in the exhibition.
As an international organization, WADEM Congresses host leading professional members of scientific, medical, and emergency response societies. These events discuss the well-being of our communities around the globe and are a prime opportunity for the art community to become involved in the dialogue.
Work should respond to or conceptualize issues surrounding DISASTER.
Work may also consider what determines disaster aid and response, and challenge groups, institutions, or governments who influence action in this field.
The exhibition will run along side the WADEM Congress in Toronto, Canada from April 25th- 28th 2017.Deadline for digital submissions January 1st.
