CICA Museum invites artists to submit works for consideration for the art book project “Art Yellow Book.” Art Yellow Book #2, featuring artists from around the world, will be published in May 2016 and released in the United States and Korea. Featured artists are eligible to participate in the Art Yellow Book exhibition at CICA Museum in July 2016.

“Art Yellow Book” provides a unique art space for artists. Unlike gallery spaces, art books are portable and ubiquitous. Unlike online media, books are tactile and “real.” Art Yellow Book aims to create a space where individual artists can freely express themselves and become media themselves.

Each artist may freely organize two facing pages in the book, considering these pages a form of exhibition and advertisement of self and/or work. There are no rules or restrictions regarding the layout, design, or content, except that the artist’s name, email address, website (if applicable), and QR code should appear on the bottom right of the second page. You may include any text, drawings, and/or pictures.
