What does your family look like? What is a family? The notion of family is changing rapidly and what we think of as family may be our blood relations or the people in our community or village or maybe one person and their pet parrot.

At the same time, photography and the family portrait photo has long been a way of preserving one's family identity for future generations; the photo portrait remaining sometimes after the names have long been forgotten.

For many people, a family photo is about memory for family that was lost or left behind in another country; and for new families, it is way of declaring to the world, "we are a family".

Please send your family photos which will be assembled into artist video project that will incorporate family photos from around the world. Old and interesting photos especially desired! May include scenes of home or activities.

Submitted photos may be included in art and photo exhibitions and/or included in video assemblage..  Photo Credits ( if availible) will be included in any display.
