International Project to raise awareness about the humanitarian crisis in Mediterranean & Europe. Against racism and xenophobia.

Musicians - Artists - Writers / Poets ... can participate in the project with one controbution in each art category, (visual art,music,poem...)

International Art Project 2015 / 2016: " Minoan Civilization My Inspiration"
Rules:

(participation is FREE)

1. Choose the Minoan design that inspires you. (you can have any information in web, (Wikipedia...) and find photos of Minoan Civilization & Art.

2. Create your artwork inspired by the Minoan Civilization and Art ( can be also poetry and literature in any language -must be accompanied by translations into English or French-  music (soundtracks in mp3  that will be used as background music in the art video)  and any kind of art and material, handcraft, artistic jewelry, painting, sculpture,  visual poem, …) and make a photo of your work  as jpg (HIGH RESOLUTION)

3. Send your personal information (name of artist, country, web page, title of your artwork) and your artwork as jpg form (HIGH RESOLUTION) to: enaliosplous@yahoo.gr  - with subject : “MINOAN CIVILIZATION MY INSPIRATION”  (Musiciens can send their soundtracks by email: vivi@musicsite.gr )

4. All participations must be received within midnight of Sunday, January 31, 2016

5. I will create an Art Video with all International musiciens, writers, poets, artists inspired by the Minoan Civilization, and it will be upload on web (youtube, vimeo,dailymotion) Spring 2016

6. The Art Video with  all International participants and their information will be displayed  also at an exhibition space in Heraklion/Crete/Greece (Summer, 30/07/ 2016)

7. For all Artists who wish to participate with one original photo of their artwork, and present it in the Visual Exhibition in Heraklion/Crete/Greece (Summer, 30/07/ 2016) (suggested dimensions 15X15 centimeters) or even with an original painting on a canvas, paper, manuscript (suggested dimensions 15X15 centimeters) must contact for confirmation and information please e-mail to: enaliosplous@yahoo.gr ,  vivi@musicsite.gr with subject : ORIGINAL MINOAN INSPIRATION– within midnight of Sunday, January 31, 2016

8. All sent original material and original photos don't will be return, and will be stored in the Project's archive like documentation. Certainly any artist participant in the project can pick his original artwork or photo by himself after the end of the event.

9. DEADLINE for all participations (artworks in jpg form , soundtracks in mp3, literature, poetry) within midnight of Sunday, January 31, 2016

Please note that: If you want your artwork to be included in our introduction art video that will promote the art project, MINOAN CIVILIZATION MY INSPIRATION, running on web till the creation of the final art video, you must send us your participation before the 15th of August 2015

Thousands years ago, the volcanic eruption of Santorini destroyed the first Mediterranean and European civilization, and may have inspired the myth of Atlantis.
Even today there is a mystery on this great civilization, after having been discovered less than two centuries.
Dear artists all over the world and lovers of art and culture, you are invited to a wonderful artistic journey through the admirable Minoan Civilization, the first Mediterranean and European civilization.
The date of the project is set for the 30th of July 2016, World Day against Trafficking in Persons

The aim of our project is to invite  artists from Greece,  Mediterranean and all over the world to be inspired by the Minoan Civilization and  create a core art  among the participants.
Mediterranean Sea is the matrix of culture. Let's take art action and not let it become a watery grave for thousands of immigrants, victims of traffickers.

Χιλιάδες χρόνια πριν, εξαιτίας της έκρηξης του ηφαιστείου της Σαντορίνης αφανίστηκε ο Μινωικός πολιτισμός, ο πρώτος πολιτισμός της Μεσογείου και της Ευρώπης.
Ακόμα και σήμερα αποτελεί ένα μυστήριο αφού γνωρίζουμε την ύπαρξή του λιγότερο από δύο αιώνες.
Αγαπητοί καλλιτέχνες και εσείς που αγαπάτε την τέχνη και τον πολιτισμό, σας προσκαλώ σε ένα καλλιτεχνικό ταξίδι μέσα από τον Μινωικό πολιτισμό. Η ημερομηνία διεξαγωγής της καλλιτεχνικής εκδήλωσης είναι η 30η Ιουλίου 2016 και Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Κατά της Παράνομης Διακίνησης και Εμπορίας Ανθρωπων.
Η Μεσόγειος θάλασσα είναι η μήτρα του πολιτισμού. Οφείλουμε να αγωνιστούμε για την ανθρώπινη αξιοπρέπεια και τον πολιτισμό ώστε να πάψει να είναι ο υγρός τάφος για χιλιάδες μετανάστες συνανθρώπους μας, θύματα παράνομης εμπορίας και διακίνησης ανθρώπων.

Τίτλός: Ο Μινωικός Πολιτισμός, Η Έμπνευσή μου
Όροι συμμετοχής:

(Η συμμετοχή είναι δωρεάν)

1. Επέλεξε ένα Μινωικό σχέδιο που σε εμπνέει. Μπορείς να βρεις πληροφορίες και εικόνες για τον Μινωικό Πολιτισμό και την Μινωική τέχνη. (Wikipedia…)

2. Δημιούργησε ένα μουσικό, εικαστικό, ποιητικό ή λογοτεχνικό έργο εμπνευσμένο από τον Μινωικό πολιτισμό σε οποιαδήποτε μορφή τέχνης  και με οποιδήποτε υλικό. Φωτογραφησέ το σε υψηλή ανάλυση. Οι μουσικες συμμετοχές  πρέπει να είναι σε mp3 και να σταλούν με email ( vivi@musicsite.gr )

3. Στείλε το εικαστικό, ποιητικό έργο σου σε μορφή jpg μαζί με πληροφορίες για σένα και το έργο σου (‘ονοματεπώνυμο καλλιτέχνη, χώρα, ιστοσελίδα, τίτλο έργου ) στο email: enaliosplous@yahoo.gr (οι μουσικές συμμετοχές σε mp3 πρέπει να σταλούν στο email: vivi@musicsite.gr) , με θέμα: «Ο Μινωικός Πολιτισμός, Η Έμπνευσή μου»

4. Όλες οι συμμετοχές πρέπει να σταλούν μέχρι τις 31 Ιανουαρίου 2016.

5. Θα δημιουργηθεί ένα καλλιτεχνικό βίντεο με τα έργα όλων των συμμετέεχοντων καλλιτεχών από Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό, και θα ανέβει στο διαδίκτυο (youtube, vimeo,dailymotion) (Άνοιξη 2016)

6. Το καλλιτεχνικό βίντεο θα παρουσιαστεί σε καλλιτεχνική εκδήλωση το καλοκαίρι του 2016 (30/07/2016) στο Ηράκλειο της Κρήτης.

7. Για τους καλλιτέχνες που επιθυμούν να συμμετέχουν με ένα πρωτότυπο έργο τους, που θα παρουσιαστεί στην καλλιτεχνική εκδήλωση στις 30 Ιουλίου 2016 (φωτογραφία, καμβά ή χειρόγραφο με διαστάσεις 15Χ15 εκατοστά) πρέπει να επικοινωνήσουν με email : enaliosplous@yahoo.gr ή vivi@musicsite.gr με θέμα «ΠΡΩΤΟΤΥΠΗ ΜΙΝΩΙΚΗ ΕΜΠΝΕΥΣΗ» μέχρι 31 Ιανουαρίου 2016, για επιβεβαίωση και πληροφορίες.

8. Όλα τα πρωτότυπα έργα (φωτογραφία, καμβά) δεν προβλέπεται να σταλθούν πίσω, αλλά θα αποτελέσουν αρχειακό υλικό. Φυσικά αν ο συμμετέχων καλλιτέχνης επιθυμεί να παραλάβει προσωπικά το πρωτότυπο έργο του, θα μπορεί μετά τη λήξη της καλλιτεχνικής εκδήλωσης.

9. Καταληκτικη ημερομηνια για όλες τις συμμετοχές είναι η 31η Ιανουαρίου 2016

Σημείωση: Αν επιθυμείς το έργο σου να συμπεριληφθεί στο εισαγωγικό βίντεο που θα διαφημίζει και θα προωθεί  το καλλιτεχνικό γεγονός  και θα προβάλλεται μέχρι τη δημιουργία του ολοκληρωμένου καλλιτεχνικού βίντεο με τις συμμετοχές των καλλιτεχνών, θα πρέπει να στείλεις τη συμμετοχή σου πριν τις 15 Αυγούστου 2015.
