ARTISTS CALL for a collective exhibition summer 2015, Venezia, Italy, during the 56th Biennial

The selection is free of charge and open to artists acting in every field. Selected artists will have to contribute with a participation quota to cover the expenses.

FEW POSITIONS STILL REMAINING, please candidate urgently:
2 x painting / graphics / photography
2 x video art
1 x small sculpture

The artworks considered for selection , in few words, shall conceptually reflect the comparison between the future and the past.
Starting from the considerations about a degeneration of modern society, a frenetic and unbalanced human being, then showing connections to the thematic thread that can be explicated, for example, through the following points: un-contemporaneity, diachronic thought, expanded time, slow culture, balance and harmony, aloof vision of the present, suspension, universality, fundamental principles, the past, the memory, restart, customs and traditions, going backward, dead-end street, flashback, deja-vu, vintage, steampunk, classic philosophy, arcadianism, Primitivism, rural and biodynamic world, ancient techniques, Arte Povera, cave graffiti.
