OPEN CALL FOR LONDON ARTISTS!

As a curatorial collective, we shall put on an exhibition within the location of the Clapham Orangery with works the exhibition at Clapham Orangery, the title is 'Sight Specific' and we are looking for works that are site specific, installation, intervention based or can be concealed.

The Clapham Orangery was chosen as a location for its interesting architecture and aesthetic, giving the works more to slot in amongst than a typical white cube space would. The works chosen will be those which have a relationship with the space, ie its architecture or thematic history of plant growing.

Works would need to be weatherproof (as the location only has 3 walls) and be in some way responsive to the site.

The works exhibited ideally should intertwine with the space, be imposed directly on it (without causing any damage to the building) or be performative.
