Support the arts in rural New York State! The Cattaraugus County Arts Council (CCAC) announces a fall fundraiser that will offer donated original art at a flat rate of $25 so that all donations are accessible to everyone. Over the month, CCAC is asking artists, artisans, crafters, students, and even politicians to donate 5 inch by 7 inch works of art. The 5x7 format will keep supply costs low, and you won’t even have to frame it. We’ll welcome works in any media that fits the 5x7 dimensions and is hangable...think paintings, drawings, tiles, sculpture, fabric, etc. Jewelers, you can mount your work on a 5x7 foamboard! With a deadline of November 29 , all the artwork will be hung on our gallery wall at 100 West Main in Allegany NY—imagine a gorgeous, multicolor, multidimensional grid of hundreds of works!
