This month Art with a Heart is exploring two fundamentals within Art: the medium of drawing and the subject of the Human form; a medium essential to any artist and a theme that dominates both historical and contemporary art.

Our selection will be based upon technical skill, emotional impact and creativity.

Draw your Own Conclusions is exploring the medium of drawing . From sketches to intricate technical drawings, this display will highlight how drawing is an artform in it’s own right.

We are looking for artists who explore the medium of drawing.  This can include the traditional forms such as pencil, charcoal and ink to the more contemporary and unconventional tools.

How to enter

Please register your interest at contact@artwithaheart.org.uk with the email title as either DRAWING.  The email must include an artist statement of more than 250 words and  three images of your artwork in this style. 

Submission is now Open and free to enter. Submission does not guarantee selection.

The exhibition will take place from 8th January-15th February 2015

Specifications

Resolution of the images should be at least 300 dpi Images of the work should be clear and easy to see. Images should be titled with your name and title of work eg: johnsmithMyArtwork You must own the copyright on the work.
