“Learn how to see. Realize that everything connects to everything else” Leonardo da Vinci

For our second season we will create a comprehensive presentation of art that celebrates the natural forces in our life, how they give rise to each other as they interrelate. These forces can be opposing or complementary, creating a dynamic system where the whole is greater its parts. We will celebrate these forces through exhibiting art of the highest excellence in five separate exhibits. This exhibit series fits directly into the larger context of our mission as we continually seek to present art that will challenge, educate, inspire and take on a profound meaning for the viewer.

Our exhibit themes for Yin & Yang are as follows: Surface & Depth, Form & Void, Order & Chaos, Black & White, and Rhythm & Blues.

The Golden Thread Gallery, with the mission of connecting the human spirit through the arts, began presenting meaningful work in 2013. The Golden Thread Gallery exhibits professional and emerging artists from various backgrounds and welcomes all mediums, all cultures and religions. By displaying a collection of various perspectives on a common theme, we reveal how art can creatively illustrate the diversity of the human condition. Our name, The Golden Thread, represents the invisible, underlying connection that weaves together the spirit of humanity – through the arts.
