Submissions welcome from anyone, anywhere. Films can be made by a solo artist or by a group. Filmmakers may submit up to 3 films per entry (at $1 per film). Films must begin with a 4 second title page including a title and maker's names. $1 per submission; up to 3 films per person/group. Submissions must be received by 6:00pm on Sunday, August 3. All submissions will be included in the screening unless deemed offensive or inappropriate by the organizers.
