Epic Epoch is not your average residency program. It is for the other artist, the emerging artist, the non-traditional, the self-motivated, the not-yet-represented artist. Epic Epoch will immerse one selected resident-artist in the urban landscape of New York's Lower East Side for three months. We here at the Con Artist Collective will cover living and travel expenses. We offer a highly-equipped, shared workspace as well as a vibrant artist community The final two weeks of the Residency will culminate in a solo show at the Con Artist Gallery. Six artists will also be chosen to participate in a separate group show, and 300 artists will be granted either discounted or free membership to the Collective.
