Ptarmigan project space (Tallinn, Estonia) is looking for creative minds during our final six months of existence (April to September 2014). We are focused on creating participatory activities that are open and inclusive, looking beyond contemporary art structures in search of unique social, political and absurdist methodologies. We are not a good fit for those looking to create their own visual art or performance events, and our funding is nonexistent; basically, we're looking for slightly insane people who have stimulating ideas.

We are planning various activities around three streams which are detailed on our open call, found on the Ptarmigan website. We cannot offer any financial support but have plenty of other resources (enthusiasm, for example) and will try to help people obtain their own funding. This is a "non-residency residency" with no set deadline or fixed terms, but the calendar is already starting to fill so a 'first come, first serve' basis.
