THE SOCIETY FOR THE PRESERVATION OF WILD CULTURE
Location
London, United Kingdom

The Society for the Preservation of Wild Culture (SPWC) is an arts and ecology organisation founded in 1986 by multi-disciplinary artist Whitney Smith to explore both what humans do and what they can’t control’ – culture and nature in the broadest sense of both those words.

Now, following a timely relaunch from its new base in London, the SPWC is back, serving and creating a global community of like-minded thinkers and doers.

We are currently open to submissions of any kind for our online magazine, the Journal of Wild Culture: photography, illustration, fiction, features, film - anything that scratches the wild culture itch!
