Modessqe Sp. z o.o. announces a call for entries for the 1st Modessqe International Painting Contest for artists from Poland and abroad who use paint as means of their artistic expression. The topic of the first edition of the Contest is “Perfectionists”. The contestants may send up to three works whose size should not exceed 200x200cm. The objective of the competition is to select a collection of awarded works which will be made available to the public at a post-competition exhibition in Warsaw organized at Skwer - a branch of the Fabryka Trzciny Art Center.  The awards include the royalty fee: Grand Prix - PLN 15,000, PLN 7,000 - for the second place, PLN 5,000 - for the third place and 5 x PLN 3,000 - for Honourable Mentions and Distinctions. The winning paintings will become property of the organizers. The vernissage and official award ceremony will be held on 30th August 2013.
