Sirius Arts Centre has been developing its international Artist in Residence programme since 1994. Residents live in a basement apartment in the Sirius Arts Centre’s building, located in the town of Cobh (pronouced COVE), 20 minutes by train from Cork City. The flat, a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment has its own kitchen and work area and is within walking distance of transportation and Cobh town centre. The Artist in Residency programme at Sirius provides residential and some work space to visual artists, either individuals or groups.

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR POSITIONS FOR BOTH RESIDENCIES AND EXHIBITIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING DATES:

April 2014 - March 2015

Deadline is FRIDAY 21 June 16:30

This will be followed by a curatorial panel meeting in the weeks ahead with successful applicants being notified by late Summer 2013
