This programme is for all those creative minds who either wish to change their environment for a couple of weeks and find inspiration in a new surrounding or simple need undisturbed time and/or a space to develop or finish up a body of work; this might involve intensive preparation for an exhibition, a production of larger work or work needing specialist technician support.

Located in the northeast of Slovenia in the small town of Lendava; where the sun (almost) always shines and the wine (almost) never runs out! Famous for its natural beauty and rich Historical Heritage, laid-back lifestyle Lendava offers an inspirational setting for intensive, introverted exploration, experimentation and/or creation within contemporary arts practices.

The house, studio and it’s surrounding are suitable for all kinds of initiatives; The offered working space is flexible, and generally adopted to each artist’s individual requirements and needs.

An open network of cultural institutions & workshops allows us to provide our residency artists with a wide range of equipment and/or materials (i.e. bronze casting tools & foundry for small-scale sculptures, wood workshop, lithograph supplies & press, dark room, screen printing equipment, all sorts of wooden frames, canvas stretchers, …). All requirements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis before signing the Residency Contract. Thus at your arrival to D’CLINIC all agreed tools and supplies will be ready for you to use.
