“The http://www.iglhrc.org/cgi-bin/iowa/home/index.html" target="_blank">International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (IGLHRC), founded in 1990, is a leading international human rights organization dedicated to improving the lives of people who experience discrimination or abuse on the basis of their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.”

Exhibition will open Friday, October 5, 2012 and run through Monday October 29, 2012 at Annex24 Gallery in downtown Lancaster, PA.  All postcards will sell for $70 each with 50% of each sale to benefit IGLHRC.   Work will also be available for purchase online as well. 

Submission Guidelines: 

This is an Open Exhibition for ages 18 years and older.  All submissions are free.
Artist understands his/her submission is a donation and will not receive a commission from the sale.
All art works must be original- no prints, no photographs.  Any work not in the original medium will not be shown.
All art works must be standard postcard dimensions, 4x6in and two dimensional.  Other than that they may be in any medium you choose.  There is no theme so you may be as creative as you like.  All artworks will be exhibited at our discretion but we will aim to show them all.
Please note on the back of the postcard: title, medium, artist name, email and/or other contact info, signature.
Art works can be and are encouraged to be photographed and posted on “Post Art for Humanity’s” facebook page prior to sending in.
 All sales will be handled by Annex24 with 50% 0f each sale going to IGLHRC.  You will be contacted if your work sold.  Any unsold works will be sent back to artists who include a SASE with their submission.  All other works will become property of Annex24 Gallery.  We also reserve the right to use your postcard for any promotional or marketing purposes for this exhibition ONLY.
