OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS MEM 2012.

MEM International Experimental Arts Festival is now open to proposals for his 11th edition that will take place in Bilbao and Vitoria-Gasteiz in November 2012.

We are open to all kinds of artistic proposals including performance, installation, photography, drawing, music, dance, video, everything...

We have 2 categories:
A/ Budget less than 300 €
B/ Budget less than 1000 €
(Budget includes VAT, transport, lodging, etc.)
