Warscapes is an online magazine based in New York (http://www.warscapes.com/">www.warscapes.com). We publish art and writing from contemporary conflicts. Since its launch last November, Warscapes has been read in 140 countries. 

The magazine has a strong visual agenda and we have an innovative feature called the monthly "cover" image. The cover can be viewed when you open the website onhttp://www.warscapes.com/">www.warscapes.com and we then publish the information about the image and artist here http://www.warscapes.com/cover">http://www.warscapes.com/cover So far, we've featured Iranian artist Shahram Karami, Indian artist Srinivas Mangipudi and Tunisian Emna Zghal. We want to put out a wide call for artists to submit cover images to our magazine.
