- Have you developed an interesting way to market your organization to a new audience?
- Did you start a unique collaboration that saved you and your partners’ time, money, and/or increased capacity?
- Have you discovered a new earned revenue idea for your organization?
- Are you implementing a successful administrative practice that could benefit other arts organizations in Massachusetts?

If so, …

The Boston Center for the Arts (BCA) invites you to submit your innovative method(s) for our inaugural Arts Professionals’ Breakfast. This is a unique platform for arts professionals and arts organizations to network and share innovative practices and collaborative efforts across Massachusetts with leaders in the field.

The Arts Professionals’ Breakfast will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 on the BCA campus. Recognizing the best in arts administration throughout Massachusetts, this sector-wide event includes the following goals:

- To acknowledge and share the too-often under-recognized innovative practices by arts administrators and organizations that are crucial to the continuity and vitality of the arts and culture sector
- To provide opportunities for professional networking for arts administrators
- To continue BCA’s commitment to workforce development and sector unity

We welcome project submissions from Arts administrators/professionals who work for arts and cultural organizations such as theatres, art galleries, museums, arts festivals, arts centers, arts councils, regional arts boards, dance companies, community arts organizations, bloggers, curators, young start-up arts organizations, and local authorities. The BCA along with a panel of guest jurors will be selecting 4-6 projects to be highlighted at the event. Selected arts professionals/organizations will receive a small honorarium and be given the opportunity to present their innovative/ground-breaking collaborative practice or program at the breakfast. Selected projects may be up to 8 minutes and can be in the format of power points, slides, video/sound and performance.
