We offer in the hearth of Gràcia district, one of most attractive and dynamic districts of Barcelona, a residency espace located in a historical house built in 1888-1909 and designated as part of the City of Barcelona's architectural heritage. We can offer to the artists: 3 big individual study-rooms, one separate studio (workshop artistic activities), one shared rest-room and one shared bath-room, a fully equipped communal kitchen and a 650sqm garden,
