The Fiskars Village Artist in Residence offers a 6 week residency period from 20 June to 31 July 2011 (20.6.-31.7.2011). Creative professionals overseas (i.e. non-Finnish-residents) such as craftspeople, designers, visual artists, architects, performing artists, composers, journalists, writers and researchers may apply for the residency. The residency includes an apartment housing 1-2 persons and a heated work space with running water in the basement. A maintainance fee of 200 euro is required from the visiting artist.
