The Ashfield Council Artist in Residence program is open to performing, visual and literary artists from regional and remote areas in Australia.  Applications from international artists will be accepted.  Situated in Ashfield, Sydney New South Wales Australia the focus of the program is on Commmunity Cultural Develoment whereby the artist will assist the community to express aspirations through the arts.
