In the past, my work has been about the city, industrial landscape and the (in)visibility of infrastructure. I photographed the things that go unnoticed: rubbish bins at tourist destinations, scaffolding holding up national treasures, and the power lines that clutter the skyline.
For my last body of work, I photographed significant places that have been endangered in London’s troubled past. Politically charged sites, landmarks that have been damaged through wear or nature, targets of terrorism, locations of fire and epidemic are the focus in this project.
